CEO and COO: Bettina
Silverman
Bettina Silverman is a founder of Silverline and has served as Chief Executive Officer
and Chief Operating Officer since the Company's inception in January 1998.
Bettina is responsible for Silverline’s day-to-day operations as well as
its business growth. Her expertise
includes over 20 years of general management & operations experience in
the international communications industry.
From 1996 to 1998, she worked for one of the leading global billing
and customer care systems and services provider, LHS Group Inc.(now
Schlumberger/Sema), in the United States.
Bettina held several managing positions in Global Marketing/Public
and Investor Relations until the company's successful initial public
offering in 1997. Another responsibility
for LHS was the establishment of a Central and Latin American division for
LHS Latin America. Prior to joining
LHS, she was Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Marketing Director for the
German Multimedia & Broadcast Network company BLR. Previously, she served as an Account
Manager for the European communications firm Meister Consulting Group. Ms. Silverman holds a Masters degree in
Computer Science (“Informatik”).
Managing Director:
Todd Silverman
Todd Silverman is a founder of
Silverline and has served as Managing Director and Chief Technical Officer
since 1998. Todd is in charge of Silverline’s projects as well as R&D
and new technologies. His background includes over 15 years of wireless and
internet industry experience. He is
an expert in customer care and billing as well as mediation for voice and
data and is specialized in solutions architecture, technical project
management and strategic analysis of next generation wireless voice/ data
services. Todd has successfully
worked on international projects with clients such as Cingular, Iridium,
LHS Germany, USA, Nextel International, and T-Mobile. Todd holds a Bachelors degree in
Computer Information Systems.
Vice President of Sales - Americas: David Aiken
David Aiken has served as Vice
President of Sales-Americas since 2005.
Prior to joining Silverline Communications, David served as a
Partner in Commonwealth Consultants LLC, which is a recruiting firm
specializing in senior level sales, presales, consultants and management
positions within the high tech field.
Previously, David held several sales and sales management positions
selling mainframe software as well as micro to mainframe products to
fortune 500 companies. David holds a
Business degree from Mercer University, Macon, Georgia.
Vice President of Sales - EMEA: Heike Wolff
In 2001, Heike Wolff commenced
serving as Regional Sales Manager Europe.
Heike is responsible for the operations of Silverline's EMEA
offices. She provides excellent
sales & industry knowledge with a strong technical understanding of
customer care and billing. Heike
served as a key Account Manager for a broadband communications company and
was previously employed by the German multimedia broadcast company
BLR. She holds a Bachelors Degree in
Communications Science.
